Course Enrollments
kalinda courses are one-time purchases — we don't run subscriptions. If you change your mind after enrolling, you can request a full refund within 3 days of payment, provided you haven't already started the course (viewed a lesson). Whichever comes first — the 3-day window or your first lesson — ends your eligibility for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@kalindamasters.in with your registered email address and the name of the course, or reach out via our Contact page. We aim to respond to every refund request within 2 business days.
Refund Method & Timeline
All payments are processed through Razorpay, and all approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (card, UPI, netbanking, or wallet) via Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
We don't offer refunds in the following cases:
- The 3-day refund window has passed;
- You've already started the course (viewed at least one lesson);
- The purchase was made using a coupon or promotional offer explicitly marked as non-refundable at checkout; or
- The account was found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.
Other Paid Services
Except as described in this policy, kalinda has no obligation to provide refunds for any other paid service. We reserve the right to offer a refund at our discretion outside of this policy, on a case-by-case basis — for example, if a course is cancelled or discontinued by us before you've completed it.
Promotional Offers & Coupons
From time to time we may offer discount coupons or promotional pricing. Eligibility for any offer is determined at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to revoke an offer if we determine you're not eligible for it. Discounted purchases are refundable under the same terms as full-price purchases, unless stated otherwise at the time of the offer.
Changes to Price
We reserve the right to change course pricing at any time, at our sole discretion. A price change will never affect a course you've already paid for — you keep access at the price you originally paid.
